A blueprint for our shared reality – filled with our beliefs and thoughts… the songs, stories and shared experiences that make up our lives.

We know that we create our reality. The challenge is to do this consciously, so we might actually want to live in it. Honestly? Why not create the life you imagine…

Everything is made up of energy, each thing vibrating at its own rate, or frequency. And everything is connected, dancing together in this vast field of potential realities. Science has shown that even the most solid matter actually shifts in response to the perception and intention of the observer.

“I’ll believe it when I see it?” Yeah… turns out, it’s the other way around. Our individual and collective beliefs shape our perceptions. We see what we expect to see. When we interpret, make choices and act upon these views, the world tends to respond in a Continue reading The SongLine Is…

A few years ago, I had the opportunity to spend some time in the Blue Mountains near Sydney, Australia. Our teacher, Eric Dowsett, was gathering around 50 members of the global clearing community for a 10-day residential workshop at a beautiful eco-lodge in the woods. I had never been to “Oz” before, but had felt drawn to it for some time and I jumped at the chance to go.

About six weeks before the trip, I began to have a series of very unusual dreams about my arrival in Australia.

In the first dream, I packed and said goodbye to everyone as I left for my 10-day trip. I couldn’t explain it, but somehow I felt like I would not be returning. As usual, I worked around the clock preparing to leave and then couldn’t sleep much on the long flight. I arrived in Australia exhausted, but excited and dozed a bit Continue reading Let The Dreams Begin

Where Do Songlines Come From?
The Aboriginal people of Australia, like most indigenous people around the world, hold the Earth to be a sacred, living thing. Our spiritual source brought to life all around us. For the ‘original people’ of Australia, everything in the material world begins in the Dreamtime (somewhere between Spirit and Form) and is kept alive by their daily dreaming, songs and storytelling. These songs and stories are planted like seeds as they walk the same path across the earth, generation after generation. This is how the ley lines known in Australia as “songlines” were formed.

Striving to live in balance with the Earth and to honor the spirits of their ancestors has defined their lives. Aboriginal communities living in the traditional way spent their lives traveling very specific paths across the vast, challenging landscape. As members of the family struggled to survive, gave birth and died along these Continue reading What is a Songline?
